I just didn’t love anything last week.
Come on now… I’m kidding, of course! I recently started a new job- and obviously sometimes there are just not enough hours in the day, ya know?

Sometimes it makes me feel absurdly lame, but I love getting prepped and ready to go [food wise] for the week on Sunday afternoons/ evenings. Maybe I should go out more.

Whatever it is that you love– own it. Go with it. 100% for you and not for anyone else. I’m still learning that its okay to be selfish sometimes- it sure is an amazing concept when you get it right.

I hate when a recipe calls for something that you only need a tablespoon or more of– this always seems to happen with buttermilk, broth, creams, etc. Problem solved!

I started a 12 week workout plan this week. I’m aiming going to get rid of the few extra pounds I’ve somehow put on in the past 6 months. I think a new bikini will be at the end of this plan!

You could stick just about any food/ drink in a mason jar and I would automatically enjoy it more. Salads make so much sense though!
